Short Project Description	The applicant will propose criteria that normalizes the range in coverage and level of rigor when it comes to performing application security verification. The criteria will be in the form of an open standard. The applicant will propose a framework in which to conduct application security verifications using the proposed criteria. The framework will be commercially-workable.
