- Graphic Designer Update
- We have now brought on our New Graphic Designer.
- I spent the majority of the week introducing Hugo to our operations workflows.
- I also spent a few hours on-boarding him and setting up his account details.
- I think we are all set up now, and we are ready to start taking on requests.
- The only thing left is the finalization of our design menu of services
- 2014 Project Summit
- I have a few more summit session ideas floating around on different mailing lists.
- I am excited to see that so many people are interested in these working sessions.
- I am glad that the 2013 summit sparked something in the community, and that they found these in-person session so valuable.
- I will keep working on this effort to try and make it even better than the last.
- Project Reviews
- It seems like there will be some changes to the review process based on community and Board feedback.
- This is ok, I just need to re-evaluate what the core goals are, and develop an appropriate plan of action.
