Penetration Testing Process
This talk will guide you to the basic phases of the penetration testing process:

- - Finger-printing
- - Vulnerability assessment
- - Verification and exploitation

During the workshop attendees will be introduced to a lot of tools that can be used in the different phases. After the workshop attendees should have basic understanding about the penetration testing process and should have enough knowledge to perform there first basic penetration test.

Speakers
Jacco van Tuijl
Security researcher and enthusiast Jacco van Tuijl has years of experience with red team testing and penetration testing and is now working at Sogeti. As a core crew member of Hack in the Back he is involved in organising the Hack in the Box security conferences in Amsterdam and Asia. He is also a big contributor to the FuzzDB project and he did his fair share of open source development on (mainly) security testing tools.
