Chapters Committee
Major Activities/Projects (in addition to attending monthly committee meetings, taking & posting meeting minutes):
- Created Chapter Activity Matrix - used to inventory and manage information on local chapter activities and current leadership (ongoing maintenance required)
- Edited OWASP_Chapter wiki page so local chapters could be more easily found based on geographical region
- Reviewed local chapter wiki pages to ensure consistent categorization
- Involved with Chapters Workshop at AppSec EU (meeting minutes, and assisting with planning similar session at AppSec USA in Minneapolis.
- Inventory of Chapter Leader with current (paid) Membership
- Ensure owasp-chapters mailing list is kept current
- Track and Monitor Global Chapters Committee Budget -- $46,282.71 of $50,000 remaining ($3717.29 spent)
Basic Chapter Metrics:
- 6 chapters confirmed as inactive via email from prior chapter leader.
- 35 additional chapters with no meeting in last year. At Global Chapters Committee meetings this week, we will discuss process for possible probation and then closing chapter.
- 139 Active Chapters - need further review of activity.
- 339 Chapter Leaders (and Board Members) considered current for honorary vote in election.

Conferences Committee
Major Activities/Projects (in addition to attending monthly committee meetings, taking & posting meeting minutes):
- Created google form for tracking schwag requests and monitor OCMS for events that have requested schwag but not entered request into google form.
- Editing Committee Documents and Contracts as requested
- Assisting with RegOnline requests from event planners and answering questions as needed
- Tracking lessons learned from GCC Conference Liaisons
- Track and Monitor Global Conferences Committee Budget -- $25,965.43 of $38,000 remaining ($12,034.57 spent)
Industry Committee
Major Activities/Projects (in addition to attending monthly committee meetings, taking & posting meeting minutes):
- PutIndustry Outreach Survey (drafted by Eoin Keary) on Survey Monkey - 9 submissions as of 8-July-2011
- Sent invitations and facilitated Industry Outreach session at AppSec EU - meeting minutes
- Sent out doodle to find out ongoing availability for committee members to participate in GIC calls, since attendance has been low.
- Track and Monitor Industry Committee Budget -- $39,259.24 of $49,000 remaining ($9740.76 spent)
2011 Global Summit
- Completed Global Summit Report and Outcomes Documentation and posted all relevant documents/links to Summit_2011_Outcomes wiki page.
- Provided forum (Google Moderator) for public comment/suggestion. A few comments were received via email but none via Google Moderator. Suggestions received via email have for the most part been incorporated into the final version of the document.
- Document will be published and available for printing and purchase through Lulu.com
Other
- Put together template for OWASP business cards (to be used by employees, committee members, chapter or project leaders) - in the process of creating the appropriate work flow for individuals to order them
- Currently assisting with member verification for election and other implementation details as needed.
