Was reading the development guide page. I think that putting graphic artist as #1 is perfect. Us nerds always make pictures that only work for other nerds.

I happen to know a graphic artist that would meet the qualifications you ask for. I have no idea if he has the time to do such a project or the inclination. I would imagine that he would only do it if he was excited about it.

I don't know everything he has done but he has previously been the head graphic designer for several magazines and newspapers, graphic designer for WebLogic and many other BEA products, and, a usability specialist. He's also painted and arched dining room ceiling using a faux 3D style.
