Posted by Noreen Whysel (2015-Jan-15): We need to remove the "Proposal" section of this page. The proposal was approved beginning in 2015, with the following modification: there is no longer a cap on what local chapters can earn on non-AppSec events. Foundation/Chapters split is 90/10, no cap, per board vote, September 26, 2014.
