OWASP Barbarus is a secure login authentication platform for web applications. Barbarus offers a secure mechanism of login authentification through a smartphone(Android & iOS).

The project will be released GA by end of Mai 2013.

Name: OWASP Barbarus (home page)
Purpose: OWASP Barbarus will help you avoid many attacks & weaknesses like Keyloggers & password spoofing.

The idea of OWASP Barbarus is to give to a Web Application User the ability to authenticate without typing his credentials.

The project is a composed of a set of specifications and a reference implementation, which will be our Proof Of Concept.

License: Apache 2.0 License (fewest restrictions, even allowing proprietary modifications and proprietary forks of your project)
