It's also out of date.  It seems to be designed entirely to discuss issues with Partial Trust vs. Full Trust as an application isolation mechanism.  This was a relevant topic when this article was written (2006) but is not any more, in large part due to the fact that Microsoft [https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2698981 ceased recommending Partial Trust for application isolation] in 2012.  I would agree with your recommendation to delete.  --[[User:Xandersherry|Xandersherry]] ([[User talk:Xandersherry|talk]]) 15:23, 29 November 2014 (CST)
