It's also out of date. It seems to be designed entirely to discuss issues with Partial Trust vs. Full Trust as an application isolation mechanism. This was a relevant topic when this article was written (2006) but is not any more, in large part due to the fact that Microsoft ceased recommending Partial Trust for application isolation in 2012.
