**As of now, the program outline is not finished, and I can not yet start to actually draft a proposal, but I at least know what I need to include in the proposal.

*Taking cold medicine right before starting my assignments will only cause me to stare at the screen for half an hour. 
*I'm not expected to know everything about a project and it's okay to ask questions of the project leads to get some insight.
