Willem Tibosch (1978) is a Senior Consultant at BlinkLane Consulting. Willem has 8+ years of experience in the field of IT risk management and auditing. He currently focuses on the design and implementing of flexible risk management instruments and assisting organizations in increasing their risk management capabilities.

Willem combines an analytical mind with the ability to work towards pragmatic solutions. He has strong presentation skills and the competence to communicate complex things clear. His in-depth knowledge of risk management practices and his talent to apply these in unconventional situations.

He previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers before he joined BlinkLane in 2011. He has executed various assignments within different industries and has knowledge of different standards (NEN7510, ISO27001/27002, CobIT, ITIL, PRINCE2). These assignments were focused on o.a. the design of management & internal control, preparations for an ISAE3402 (SAS70) report, IT governance and (project) quality assurance reviews. Next to that he as obtained a degree in IT auditing at PwC (RE or Executive Master of IT Auditing) and has started a Master in Philosophy of Management & Organisation.
