I work with clients who have strict security requirements under Graham-Leach-Blily, HIPAA, etc. Was CTO for an early B2B transaction services start up ('96 - '99), where we had to roll our own PKI because there was no cost effective commercial infrastructure we could use. Was VP of Engineering for an mid-market ERP product company that offered one of the first web/email based transaction delivery capabilities, i.e. 1994.
