I have been at Capital One since 1999. I have worked in several areas within the company. I started in US Card Disputes as a Sr Arbitration and Compliance Specialist from 1999-2005. I then moved to ITO Enterprise Data Network Operations supporting multiple roles Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Program Manager; Financial Budget Manager; Risk & Compliance Manager; People Manager; Resource Supply & Demand Manager; Supplier Relationship Manager and Project Delivery Manager from 2005 - 2012. I moved to ESM Third Party Management supporting US Card Telephony Infrastructure and Contact Center Voice Agent suppliers in 2013 and moved to Information Security in February 2014; where I will be acting as the Information Security & Risk Management analyst supporting several divisions within ITO.
