I have a Doctor of Computer Science with a concentration in Information Assurance. My research and interest is in mobile security of applications in the cloud and the infrastructure in the cloud. I have a Master's degree in Information Systems Security with a emphasis in securing government/commercial systems. My overall goals are: -Take Information Assurance controls and methodology so all information in a system is at its desired level of security. -Ensure data protection is in-place by using sniffers and vulnerability scanners to locate ports and information passing through select devices that should either be encrypted or defined on a level of security in the plan. -Use the tools of methodology and theory to determine what needs to be protected and ensure the architecture supports the level of security required for an organization. -Give personnel the training needed to enforce the security plan implemented by the company. -Inform users on risks that will be encountered and how to avoid possible intrusion in information systems. -Research on Cloud Security in a Virtual Environment and securing Applications in the cloud.
