I'm a Software Security Engineer for a large online brokerage firm and a college professor. I also went to school for some stuff, got some certifications and stuff, and like to figure out how things work and stuff. I am a firm believer that any problem can be solved with enough caffeine. Also, when I get excited about a topic or subject, that is a good time to either run or get a helmet and join the party (I would prefer the latter)!

Also, one misguided fact that I have run into a lot; the fact that Omaha, Nebraska is in the middle of the country, and not on the coast, should never be construed that we are better at husking corn than hacking. A midwestern work ethic and time on your hands is a prolific combination.
