Ms. Chin graduated from National Chiao Tung University, HsinChu Taiwan in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Physics. After earning her B.A., she attended Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, ultimately graduating with a Masters in Computer Science in 1991. Ms Chin has an extensive background as a project leader, senior consultant and database administrator with expertise in SQL Server database administration, architecture and data modeling. She also has extensive experience in application analysis, design and development using client/server, object-oriented and web technology in financial, health care, publishing and telecommunication industries. Ms. Chin is certified as a Microsoft Solution Developer, Microsoft Visual Basic Programmer, Microsoft SQL Server product specialist and Powerbuilder Developer. She presently holds the position of Senior Programmer at BlueTrack Development.
