Master's degree is in Management of Networks and Telecommunications at the Polytechnic School of the Army (ESPE) in 2013 and his engineer´s degree is in Electronic and Telecommunications in the National Polytechnic School (EPN) in 2007. He was Security Officer of Education Ministry of Education from Ecuador (MINEDUC) in 2015, Technological Infrastructure Coordinator in National Secretary of Planning SENPLADES 2013-2014, Data center, security and network Administration in SENPLADES and Technological Sucre 2009-2013 and Technical Engineering for VoIP systems in SERATVoIP 2007-2011. He is technical Instructor certificated of CCNA, CCNP, and CCNA Security in EPN since 2010 to 2016. He is Ethical Hacking and Incident Management and Response certificated of Ec-Council.
