A key responsibility is ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality which in turn reduces re-work for application development teams, testers and the business, reduces exposure of risk to the Firm whilst increasing overall client confidence and maintaining the Firm’s reputation. This is achieved through the application of rigorous test planning, test execution as well as ensuring a quality assurance presence throughout the development lifecycle from start up through to closure.
