Russ serves Sogeti USA as a Senior Consultant and Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He is responsible for the development of Sogeti USA's Corporate Information Security Program. Russ also works with clients to help build the security practice locally, regionally and nationally.

Russ has over 14+ years of Administration, Project Management, Process Improvement, Compliance, Planning, Enterprise Risk Management, Security, and Emergency Management Experience. He has managed numerous projects and developed/overseen numerous plans, policies, standards and procedures of various size and scope, and has also served as a Compliance Specialist/Auditor covering a myriad of regulatory mandates. He is well versed in industry standards and best practices.

Russ is also a seasoned Training Specialist/Instructor, teaching a variety of courses; both professionally and at the collegiate/university level, and has both developed and facilitated a wide range of exercises to test plans and procedures and Identify areas for remediation.
