Mr. Mulligan has over 25 years of experience in the computing industry and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science. His experience covers a wide range of technologies used in the successful development and delivery of both commercial and federal solutions. He is currently leading a practice area in Enterprise Architecture assisting global organizations to build their internal capabilities surrounding the practice of Enterprise Architecture. Mr. Mulligan is a CMU Certified Enterprise Architect as well as TOGAF certified and brings his solution development and enterprise architecture experience to organizations helping them align their business strategies, processes, and goals with proper capital management and compliance requirements with their current and future IT assets and projects.
