i have total 10+ years of experience in managing quality assurance . During this period I worked on Marine and several network, email and web security products for Mcafee (intel securities). Currently I am working as Sr. Team lead Safaltek, The major product I am handling is oceanmanager . I manage team of 12 resources who work for different clients . Team also include Manual and automation testers. Also interact with clients from US and HKG and Singapore .

My roles are to collect requirement gathering, keep all the back logs and responsible for all production deliveries and client servers.Also monitor tickets in support and to help them to get it resolved at earliest. Visited the clients offices at Hong Kong and Mumbai. Very good in client interaction and client relationship development.

Also defined QA and support processes to improve the quality by interacting with different departments.
