I am currently working as a Software Developer Engineer at IBM in Jalisco, Mexico, where I have the ownership of the Security component in the RAS (Reliability Availability and Serviceability) team. I have a master degree in Computer Science from CINVESTAV-IPN campus Mexico City, where I got involved with cryptography and wrote my thesis "Efficient Software Implementations of Disk Encryption Schemes using AES-NI support". I am now very interested in Security, and I am trying to learn new things about it. I like taking on new challenges and I spend my time taking free online courses (most of them from Coursera) and solving problems from online judges.
