John Evans is a long-time visitor to the Denver OWASP meetings and SnowFROC. He has been involved in web development since 1994 using Perl and picked up PHP as an additional web development language in 1998. He has been involved in web application security programs and interests since 2007 and will be speaking for the first time at the Denver OWASP meeting in January of 2010.
John holds a BS in CIS with an emphasis on E-Security from Regis University and will be obtaining his MS in Information Assurance in January of 2011.
John earned his Certified Ethical Hacker certification in February of 2009.
