A professional liability insurance broker and underwriter by training I have spent my last 30 years learning about the various types of professional liability exposures faced by business and individuals today. I started following "cyber liability" about 15 years ago. And the incredible change in the rules, regulations and laws concerning this exposure worlwide have made this field a fascinating and challenging risk exposure to educate and assist clients with risk management considerations. Other than the pure technical information available from this site [with much of it being beyond my accumen], the policies, processes and procedures are very similar to the developing field of Enterprise Risk management which I beleive to be a critical and necessary part of the risk control process for any business or client in todays cyber world.This is the focus of my interest to continue to learn about changes and improvements in these procedures to help better educate our clients and customers.
