As a Talent Scout, Ella Pegors is focused and passionate about sourcing. She works closely with the TRU Recruiters in finding top talent for our clients. She is excited to be part of the e-discovery, and cyber security community.

Prior to joining TRU she worked at Sterne Kessler Goldstein and Fox as a New Matter Intake Assistant, helping manage the cases, and assisting the docketing team. Before Sterne, she worked as an Intern on Capitol Hill and for a non-profit, working closely with causes she believed in. She attended Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
