About me
Occupational field: Use of IT technology to create added value and make it extra value in business. Leadership and project management, integration of various technologies - ECM, BPM, SOA.
Main activities and responsibilities: Development and testing of new technology with an emphasis on web technology. Development of information systems using web technology and development customized projects for customers. Establishment of project infrastructure within the company and the transformation of the project organization. Monitoring development and production of specific projects and business solutions, customized solution for customer in the ECM area using different technologies -Documentum EMC, Oracle ECM (Stellent) i Alfresco.
Organisational skills and competences: I participated in the work of more oversight, project and operational teams for the introduction and implementation of information technology, and I've led them. I know very well the all business processes in companies. I also participated in contacts with potential partners-customers and participated in presentations, negotiating and contracting the definition of the area.
