Donna is a vice president in global business continuity for BNY Mellon responsible for improving resilience and compliance initiatives by managing, assessing and controlling risk, enhancing the reliability of people, systems and processes. She protects the security of client financial assets and availability of operations by helping the lines of business identify and manage risk and prepare for continued service in the face of disruptions. She oversees technology recovery processes managing cross-functional technology teams, with increasing levels of complexity and continuous process improvement demonstrating sustainable operations. Experienced in stakeholder management, she works across global and regional groups driving consistency. Prior to joining BNY Mellon Donna managed consulting engagements for KPMG and Deloitte & Touché and led risk and IT projects for BJ’s Wholesale Club, Citizen’s Bank and State Street Bank.
