Daniel J. Martineau

Dan joined Dunhill Professional Search of Winston Salem in 1983 after attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In his 26 years in the Industry, he has distinguished himself as one of the best recruiters in the country. While with Dunhill he was awarded the honor of being Dunhill’s #1 Recruiter in the nation for 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and also named winner of the “Millie Michaels Award”, while becoming a member of the Million-Dollar Club.

In May of 2000 he and his partner Bill Martineau leveraged their 36 combined years of recruiting and placement experience by starting their own firm, Martineau Recruiting Technology, Inc. The firm specializes solely in the Information Technology industry while Dan primarily focuses his energies within the Architect and Leadership areas of I.T.

Since leaving Dunhill he was inducted in 2000 as a member of The Pinnacle Society www.PinnacleSociety.org, the premier consortium of top producing recruiters in the country and, served on The Pinnacle Society’s Board of Directors from 2003 through 2004. In addition, he was also inducted to NC Association of Staffing Professionals Hall of Fame in 2007

Dan has conducted numerous training sessions and seminars for NAPS (National Association for Personnel Services, Dunhill Staffing Corp., NC Association of Staffing Professionals, Connecticut Association of Personal Services, Society Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Staffing Association (ASA) and others in the field of Successful Recruiting and Marketing Methodologies for Information Systems/Technology professionals.

Dan married Elaine Willard in 1990; is the father of three sons, Joseph, Michael and Sean. He is active within his church and community volunteering at Greensboro’s Urban Ministry Homeless Shelter and Habitat of Humanity.
