Chris Wells wants to elevate the awareness of application security issues by teaching and encouraging developers to build applications that can defend themselves against the serious types of threats that exist on the Internet today.

Over his career, Chris has deployed security solutions for major healthcare, telecommunication, and financial industries, and is currently employed as an Information Security Architect for a major manufacturing company. He is an accomplished application security architect with over 10 years of application security experience.

Chris holds multiple security certifications including a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), and holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Minnesota.
