Bala Ramachandran is a Technology Program Manager with experience in Analytics, IT Security and business process management. He is responsible for delivery of enterprise scale projects using a Global Delivery Model. Bala has worked on complex enterprise projects including Data Analytics Project for Wells Fargo Corporate HR; Medical Matching programs for the American Academy of Ophthalmology; Enterprise Content Management Project for UCSF, Investment Analytics & Data Security Project for one of the largest European Financial Institutions.
Bala currently manages the IT Service practice for SOAProjects and is responsible for Customer Delivery Operations in the areas of IT Security and Service Desk.
