Mr. Holmes is a Cyber Security Project Manager for Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. (HTSI) in Charleston South Carolina. He currently supports the DOD through creating and managing and maintaining Certification and Accrediation packages through the DIACAP process. Mr. Holmes has over nine (9) years experience with communications and information technology and an additional (3) years in Information Assurance and Cyber Security. His talents include network design, network security and the management of voice and data communication systems. Mr. Holmes also has a comprehensive background in testing, training and documentation of security for government and commercial Information Systems.
