Adil has over a decade of hands on experience delivering high end, high quality web solutions on tight schedule both for startups and large enterprise. Adil regularly works with C-Level Executives & Business Development teams in product ideation and design. Adil participates in & manages full SDLC, including ideation, technology evaluation, rapid prototyping, architecting, designing, development, testing, debugging, deployment and customer support and leads geographically dispersed teams.

As a software industry veteran, Adil has over a decade of hands on experience with web and mobile apps, specializing in web conferencing, Software development process automation, CMS strategy & solutions and cloud based service design. He has consulted for very large organizations (US Federal Government), award winning digital agencies (Blue Water Media, Aquilent), fortune 100 companies (Microsoft), non-profits (Distressed Children & Infants International) and start-ups (PlaceWare). Adil received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and an M.S. in Computer Networks from University of Southern California.
