Currently Working On

• Project Inventory:
  • For this week I sent out reminder emails to project leaders who have yet to send me release date information. I will be sending them out again next week. Project Leaders have until May 9 to respond to these emails we consider the project inactive and mark it as such.
  • A new column was filled, this one with the date of the most recent review, as listed on the project's wiki page.

• Project Summit:
  • As we get more projects participating in the project summit, I will continue to add them to the Project Summit wiki page.
  • I also create a time table on the wiki page for the current sessions.

• Review Template:
  • Project reviews are coming up and I created the template for the project reviews. This is a simple doc with tables for review.

• Social Media:
  • I have been and will continue to send out tweets and Facebook posts promoting the Women in AppSec
  • Also, have been tweeting about the Open Source Showcase. From now on, tweets will be in promotion of the participating projects instead of a call for entries.
  • The last thing I will be promoting is the Project Summit, which still needs more projects to sign up to participate.

Lessons Learned

• Getting some good feedback from project leaders, there are only a handful of project leaders that have yet to respond.

Additional Comments

• With Samantha out for the next two weeks, I will primarily be working on the project inventory. She has set me up with stuff to do while she's gone, so I should keep pretty busy.
