The Project appears to have reached 95+% of project goals. The how to document does a good job of replacing the beanshell scripts. While the other documentation is complete and well written.
2. At what extent have the project deliveries & objectives been accomplished? Having in consideration the assumed ones, please quantify in terms of percentage.	The project has approached 100% of completion of deliverables and goals. The interactive benchmarking criteria application in particular is a very interesting and useful component of the project.
