1	Martin Knobloch	Dutch Chapter Board/GEC	Justin is definitely the man with experience and is driven to get this going!
2	Colin Watson	Global Industry Committee	Justin is an ardent OWASP supporter and contributes very widely to the application security community. He has demonstrated his communication and collaboration skills while being London Chapter Leader and I therefore think he will be able to make a great contribution to this OWASP committee.
3	Fabio Cerullo	Global Education Committee	Justin is a passionate person about application security. He not only contributes within the OWASP community but also with the wider application security industry and academia. I strongly believe he will be a great addition to the OWASP Connections Committee.
4	Yiannis Pavlosoglou	Global Industry Committee	Few people can offer web application security the professional/personal drive and mentality of getting things done, as required, in the manner that Justin operates. Looking forward to seeing your work on this committee.

He is able to work with a variety of people and personalities, listen, and present his thoughts in an articulate manner.
