Discussion on Solutions to Session hijacking/fixation

Hi,

 Apology, if I'm posting in a wrong place. It's my first post, I hope you don't mind.

 I've a solution in my mind, which prevents every possible session management attacks. So, I'm here to share my idea with you people, please let me know the procedure to disclose the prevention cheatsheet I have.
