OWASP Foundation (Overview Slides) is a professional association of global members and is open to anyone interested in learning more about software security. Local chapters are run independently and guided by the Chapter_Leader_Handbook. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit professional association your support and sponsorship of any meeting venue and/or refreshments is tax-deductible. Financial contributions should only be made online using the authorized online chapter donation button. To be a SPEAKER at ANY OWASP Chapter in the world simply review the speaker agreement and then contact the local chapter leader with details of what OWASP PROJECT, independent research or related software security topic you would like to present on.

OWASP 코리아 챕터 소개

---

코리아 챕터는 2010년 11월에 설립 위원회를 구성하여 첫 회의를 가진 후, 2011년 1월에 OWASP 코리아 챕터 이사회를 구성하여 본격적인 활동을 하고 있습니다. OWASP 한국 챕터는 글로벌 조직과 동일하게 7개의 분과로 구성되어 있으며, 분과별 다음과 같은 일을 담당하고 있다. 그리고 향후 홈페이지를 공개할 예정이고, 이어서 2011년 10월에는 처음으로 OWASP 코리아 챕터 세미나를 개최할 예정이며, 2012년 10월에는 글로벌 컨퍼런스를 개최할 예정으로 있다.

• 프로젝트 분과: 현재 OWASP 추진 프로젝트(도구개발, 문서개발)에 대한 관리 및 OWASP 프로젝트 결과물을 커뮤니티에 배포 담당
• 회원 분과: 회원 관리 및 확대, 관리를 위한 정책, 절차, 전략 수립 담당
• 교육 분과: 교육 서비스 기획, OWASP 교육을 산업계, 정부, 학계에 교육 서비스 제공 담당
• 컨퍼런스(conference) 분과: 국내외 컨퍼런스(conference) 장소, 시기, 발표자, 주제 등 담당 (컨퍼런스(conference)는 Global conferences Committee Governance 문서에 따라 진행함)
• 챕터(chapter) 분과: 챕터에 전체적인 관리 주관 (자금 관리, 회의 일정 관리, 챕터 마케팅, 챕터 설립/관리 등) 담당
• 산업분과: 산업계에 소프트웨어 보안 베스트 프랙티스를 활용하도록 인식확산 및 진흥 및 다른 기관과의 연계, 발표 담당
• 홍보 분과: OWASP 커뮤니티 간 연락/관계 구축, OWASP 기구, 행사, 프로젝트 홍보, OWASP 뉴스레터 발송, OWASP SNS 활동, OWASP와 다른 컨퍼런스 참가 활동 담당
