Victor Matos is a Fraud Investigator II for the Department Of Homeless Services locate in NY. He receive his B.A in Computer Information System from Monroe College in 2007. In the past he was involve in the school Bit N Byte club where he manage the club web server and did some volunteer work NYPD. Victor Matos receive a Diploma from Ashford university as a Security Specialist and Private Investigator he is currently an Infragard member and working toward his M.S degree.
