Reconsidering Network Defense... Or not...

Traditional network defense approaches, mostly based on firewalls, layers and compartimentation, is more and more questioned. On one hand they have shown their limits in securing our infrastructures, and on the other hand, they arm business in blocking vital communication channels.

Hence we can see completely opposite approaches, such as deperimeterization or zero depth defense. This talk will analyse those network defense trends and their limits, as compared to more traditional ones, in a world where connectivity is needed everywhere and borders are more blurred than ever.
