Participation

OWASP chapter meetings are free and open. Anybody interested in web application security is welcome. We encourage attendees to give presentations on specific topics, however please review Chapter Rules.

To join the chapter mailing list, please visit our mailing list homepage. The list is used to discuss the meetings and to arrange meeting locations. Please check the mailing list before coming to a meeting to confirm the location and time and to catch any last minute notes.

Local News

First Meeting: April 26, 2006

We are planning on holding the first meeting of the OWASP Cleveland chapter on April 26, 2006 at 5:00 PM. The initial meeting will be held at the SecureState office at 23340 Miles Road Unit C, Cleveland, Ohio 44128. We expect this first meeting to last approximately 1 hour. Directions can be found on the directions page. During this first meeting, we are planning on having general discussions and go over the OWASP organization. We also hope to determine what people are interested in hearing about so future meetings can be better tailored.

April 26 Meeting Minutes

At the April 26th meeting, the Cleveland chapter was introduced. During this meeting, we spent on hour introducing the group to the many parts of the OWASP and discussing the future of the chapter. An outline of this introductory meeting including the topics discussed is included below.
