Our values dictate who we are and how we live our life. In corporate world, these values are known as "Core Values". Here at OWASP St Cloud State University (SCSU) chapter, we will practice values of integrity where we will have open and honest communication. Teamwork to help one another in our pursue of application security. Performance to achieve our targets on time and be precise. Finally the willingness to learn. And how else can we learn except to have fun while learning as this is the best way to learn. These values are what that is instilled in me from my 9 years to 10 years of working with Fortune 500 companies such as Baker Hughes, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Thanks to the training from these companies, I am certified in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL CSI, SAP FICO, and other certifications. These opportunities were provided to me due to thanks to my undergraduate studies at SCSU majoring in Business Computer Information Systems (BCIS) with double minor in Data, Voice Communications (networks) and Economics. Thanks to all the teachings from my undergraduate professors whom shape me into who I am today. For this reason, I decided to pursue my interest in computer security by coming back to SCSU to attend Masters in Information Assurance (MSIA) and contribute back to SCSU, fellow students, and the community. As a person who is interested in computer security, curiosity has always lead me to pursue interesting subjects that resulted in me winning an award for Smart Home project by designing a child monitoring system. The challenge to have creative and innovative ideas and products will always be faced with lots of obstacles however we must be willing to learn from our mistakes and move forward. More importantly is to take responsibility and accountability for our actions. My other interest that I intend to pursue are malware, reverse engineering, pentest and etc. Of course, not to forget we are in Minnesota with 10,000 lakes where I can fish and downhill ski.
