Below is the current version of the OWASP ByLaws and prior versions linked as PDF files. If you would like to suggest a change to the OWASP ByLaws, please make those suggestions on the OWASP ByLaws Git repository either with a pull request or opening up an issue in that repo.

Historical Versions
Starting in March 2017, the OWASP ByLaws have been moved to a git repository to track all future changes. Prior to that transition, PDF versions were created upon ever update. Those historical version are listed below.
