I am passionate about information security and risk management. This includes both as a CISO, Consultant and Director of International Pre-Sales. All these positions have helped me continue to hone my cyber and security skills, knowledge of risks and grow my expertise in helping organizations recognize and manage risks. Creating and managing information security is what I have done for many years, both in Israel and abroad. I have been instrumental in developing Verint’s global security program including the strategy, implementation and management. Besides my strong focus on executive risks to company objectives and strategy, I bring strong technical understanding in the area of product development and supporting infrastructure (IT). I also keep pace with new and emerging risks such as cyber risks that related to these areas. As a worldly traveler and one that visits company offices around the world, I bring a wealth of experience and appreciation for different cultures and attitudes to information risk. This experience and background help to create a global information security program that meets the needs of the business and customers. I have worked with global regulatory requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI, and European Data Protection. I created and managed Verint’s Global Information Security program for 5 years as their Global Head of Information Security (CISO). I created a management structure that supports security and directed the implementation of security globally while working in a matrixed organization across global functions and offices. My strength has always been in providing timely customer service, whether to internal or external customers. I am well aware of the recent changes in the ISO 27001 certification as I lead Verint through this change to a more risk based ISO program.
