I'm an advanced technical trainer in Microsoft and Java development technologies, amongst other topics. I hold multiple certifications from Microsoft, including 19 years as an MCT.

Since I parted company with academia in 1994, I have been involved in a diverse range of training and consultancy projects in the IT industry. These have involved presenting Microsoft, Unix and Java systems and developer courses, as well as consulting, performing performance and security reviews, and course development.

In recent years, I have specialised in Microsoft BizTalk and .NET development courses, though I still enjoy teaching Java and Unix/Linux as the opportunities arise.
