Adjunct professor of Information Security at ITT-Tech. I work in technical support at Dell SonicWALL. I have worked in telecommunications, technical support, and teaching since graduating form university in 1978. I have a BA Photograph (UNA) and a MS Telecommunications Management (GGU). I was a communications officer in the US Army for 9 years. I worked as a systems engineer for 9 years at Space Applications Corporation assisting the US Army Information Systems Command and USAF Satellite Control Network. I worked at Cisco in their TAC for 16 years. I have been with SonicWALL since 2012. I have been an IT, ET, and IS instructor at ITT-Tech also since 2012.
