Ryan is well versed in a variety of security assurance services helping clients within the banking and financial industry go beyond compliance with MAS TRM, government regulations, and corporate initiatives resulting in better protection of their critical information assets. His main area of expertise is focused on penetration testing and he has profound experience with web and mobile applications, wireless security testing, vulnerability assessments, architecture reviews, and system hardening. Ryan plays an active role throughout the life-cycle of the project, from the initial discussions around scoping, delivering the agreed upon work, discussions with stakeholders and engineers around remediation of security vulnerabilities, to acceptance testing which ensures an effective solution is applied. Prior to Vantage Point, Ryan was Senior Security Consultant at Security-Assessment.com, a Senior Associate in IT Risk Consulting at PwC, and developed and implemented an enterprise security design as an Information Security Engineer at Bubbly. Ryan holds a Bachelors degree in Network Security and maintains active OSCP and CISSP certifications.
