Jan was born in the 80s at Manila but was raised in a campus community at Eastern Visayas.

While having remaining credits before graduating college he became a part-time grade school teacher. He was also doing web development on the side for the national elections of 2010. He then became a network administrator and was promoted to policy maker in two years. Now Jan is moving into the security aspect of networks and web apps.
