John Vargas is a Senior Security Consultant at Open-Sec

John has been involved in the Information Technology industry for more than 5 years. John's focus has been in application security including testing, code reviews, design reviews and training. His background in web application development and system administration helped bring a holistic focus to Secure SDLC efforts he's driven. He is also has the CISA, CPTE and OSEH certifications. He currently also works as an instructor in the certification course - CPTE (Certified Penetration Testing Engineer) in Perú
