Rohit Salecha is an Information Security Analyst working at NII Consulting (www.niiconsulting.com) since August 2012. Prior to working at NII he worked at Mastek in J2EE Development for 2 years from July 2010-August 2012
Currently he is working on Secure Coding and Best Practises and is well-versed with the OWASP Top 10 testing and fixes. His area of interest lies more towards defensive techniques , on how to actually protect the application by consulting and training the developers so as to make Internet a safer place.
If given a chance to join OWASP , the first thing he would like to do is improve the documentation from the developers point-of-view on fixing the issues.
He would also love to use his development skills to contribute towards OWASP WAF and ESAPI for Java platform.
His expertise lies but is not limited to the following frameworks in J2EE : Spring , Spring MVC , JSP , Apache Tiles , Struts , AppFuse , Spring Roo and adding new languages and frameworks every month.
