The chapter leader is Tobias Glemser.

Participation

OWASP Foundation (Overview Slides) is a professional association of global members and is open to anyone interested in learning more about software security. Local chapters are run independently and guided by the Chapter_Leader_Handbook. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit professional association your support and sponsorship of any meeting venue and/or refreshments is tax-deductible. Financial contributions should only be made online using the authorized online chapter donation button. To be a SPEAKER at ANY OWASP Chapter in the world simply review the speaker agreement and then contact the local chapter leader with details of what OWASP PROJECT, independent research or related software security topic you would like to present on.

OWASP Stammtisch-Initiative

In mehren Städten gibt es OWASP-Stammtisch , bei denen man sich in lockerer Runde im Biergarten oder Gasthaus trifft um sich auszutauschen, nette Leute kennenzulernen oder auch ernsthafte Sicherheitsthemen zu diskutieren. Aktive Stammtische gibt es (Stand 2011) in: München, Köln, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Karlsruhe

A "regular's table" (Stammtisch) is a German tradition for meeting each other in a beer garden or a pub in order to discuss certain topics (and to drink beer, of course ;-). In the case of an OWASP-Stammtisch it's all about Web Application Security. Right now a Stammtisch is established in Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Karlsruhe

Chapter Meetings Das German Chapter trifft sich in unregelmäßigen Abständen, um die Arbeit innerhalb des German Chapter zu organisieren. Gemäß dem O in OWASP für open sind diese Treffen öffentlich. Jedermann kann daran teilnehmen und sich ander Arbeit im Chpater beteiligen. Der Termin zum Treffen -- Chapter Meeting -- wird auf dieser Seite bekannt gegegebn, zusammen mit der Agenda. Selbstverständlich sind auch alle Ergebnisse der Treffen öffentlich. Was auf den vergangenen Treffen jeweils besprochen und beschlossen wurde ist auf der Chapter Meetings-Seite zu finden.
